Andrea has built the trust of her municipal colleagues navigating the challenges of public procurement in Massachusetts.  The goal of this consulting business is to provide exacting, timely service to municipalities, quasi-public non profit organizations and school districts who need an extra hand to meet their goals.  Andrea holds Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Officer (MCPPO) designation.
